Videogamer Frontlines: Fuel of War Hands-on
Posted by: RogueDOC  @  12-12-07 18:10:32 [Source]

Videogamer.com has released a Frontlines: Fuel of War Hands-on.

Oh the drones. This goes back to those nice little gameplay touches I talked about earlier. One of the coolest things Frontlines lets you do is control these little remote-controlled drones and wreak havok. There's a hovering bomb drone that you can let fly like a paper aeroplane, guiding it into little nooks and crannies for maximum destruction. Then there's a little tank, which switches your point of view so its just inches above the ground. Moving the front line, getting access to these drones and then using them was one of the highlights of our time with the game.  Full Preview...

The crew at bit-tech.net have released a Frontlines:Fuel of War preview.

One of the latest games to try and step up to the plate in that respect is Frontlines: Fuel of War. Developed by Kaos Studios and published by THQ, Frontlines hopes to be the next smash hit in multiplayer gaming. It’s a lofty aim though and means that not only will Frontlines be competing with all the existing multiplayer games out there, but it’ll also be going head to head with EA’s Battlefield: Bad Company.

Frontlines: Fuel of War - Impressions From GamePro
Posted by: RogueDOC  @  12-12-07 02:00:50 [Source]

GamePro has put up a Frontlines:Fuel of War preview. Here is some of that preview.

A slew of weapons like rocket launchers, snipers, heavy assault guns and others should make the game's 32-player multiplayer mode diverse. Again, if you've played Battlefield, you know what's going on here. The main mode splits players into two sides, and each must gain access to map points. All points are located near enemy Frontlines keeping the game moving and pretty action-oriented.  Full Preview...
